All classes and coaching sessions are digital products delivered electronically. Because access is granted immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds once a recorded class has been downloaded/accessed or a live class link has been sent.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, contact us at info@anwaar-alshammaa.com within 48 hours and we'll help resolve it.

For live classes, if you cannot attend at the scheduled time, please contact us before the class starts to discuss options — we do not guarantee refunds for no-shows."
